HOW WE WORK:
Confirmation/Payment
Orders may be confirmed by sending a 50 percent deposit by telegraphic transfer for orders US$2001 and above and for US$2,000 below we require full payment. Bank details will be faxed to you with the computer generated proforma no later than five working days after booking. A t/t copy is required to be emailed/faxed to us.
If your order requires numerous revisions then this lead-time may vary. Please note that only dollar denominations will be accepted as deposit. Additionally, unconfirmed orders will not be sent to the production queue, nor will components for the order be procured.
The balance of the payment will be due upon completion of the order. We will not ship unless the full payment is received. Please note that we will not be responsible for the bank charges associated with sending the TT this includes the US$15 intermediary bank charges so please include this when sending.

Day 1 for production will commence the following day upon receipt of payment/confirmed payment is credited to our bank account.
Delivery
We normally work on a 20-45 day delivery time frame. The wide deviation is due to the extreme volatility of component availability due to enormous demand. However, the proforma invoice we will be faxing you will contain a better approximation of the delivery date. Orders should be confirmed as soon as the proforma is received and reviewed. Any delay in sending us the confirmation will result in a corresponding rescheduling of the ship date.
PACKAGING:
All items will be individually packed in polybags then placed in master bags by the dozen. Should you require different packing arrangements, please inform us at time of booking. If you want us to label the master bag with codes, please inform us. Otherwise, we will utilize our codes for labeling.
La Soledad will be glad to attach your tags / header cards to the items you have ordered. Please make sure that you relay the proper instructions to our account executive. All customs and additional freight charges for packaging materials will be billed to your account.
Proprietary Product Development
While we encourage all our customers to buy from our main range, we can also undertake proprietary and customized product development for key accounts.
Samples
Avatar will be more than glad to send samples of booked orders. Should revisions be necessary, please make sure that all your requirements are clearly reflected in the order sheet and discussed with your account executive. Please furnish us with your preferred courier and your corresponding account number to facilitate shipment. Please note that samples are not free and will be billed at the sample price.
Shipping
Due to continued shortage associated with strong demand, we would like to request customers to allow to partial ship when necessary. While we are doing our best to forecast demand and acquire enough materials for the coming season, it is at times very difficult as most bead factories are already working on 3 to 6 months delivery. We will inform you in a regular and timely manner with regards to the status of your shipment. Please nominate freight forwarder for us to use for shipment. If you have no preferences as to ship with, we will canvas the major forwarders from our end and fax you the details for your approval.
